At Estro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Estro account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
